Job Summary:

  • Provides the highest quality patient care using our advanced technology and skilled team, under the direction of AVS emergency clinicians.
  • Responsible for providing leadership to fellow veterinary technicians, assistants, and client service representatives supporting excellent patient care.
  • Provides excellent client service to both our clients and our referring veterinary partners.
  • Ensures distinctive client service is delivered by demonstrating a high level of client focus and sensitivity.
  • Key communicator of timely and accurate information to clients, clinicians, and referral partners.
  • Inspires and motivates fellow co-workers to do their best.
  • Strategic in thought processes and decision making.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be approachable and have interpersonal skills that foster trust and respect.
  • Must be able to manage conflict and problem solve effectively.
  • Must be able to keep very detailed medical records, and experience with Cornerstone (or equivalent practice management software) is preferred.
